Three cases, one way of reading.
Each case is a full chart with its records. Pick the one closest to your work, then move the cursor: that is what makes time visible.
- 01
Move the cursor
It spans the full height of the chart and gathers what was active at that moment, from the threats up to the crew.
- 02
Open a record
Click a shape. The record tells you where the fact comes from, what the analysis claims about it, and what remains undetermined.
- 03
Switch readings
The discovery reading hides what the crew did not know yet. The analysis reading shows everything the case retained.
Unstabilised approach continued, A320, flight XA 342
One FDA event and one Air Safety Report on a single timeline: at 1,000 ft, the gate became a margin.
Diversion after a hydraulic failure: the captain's escalation
Three interventions by the captain, two almost identical answers: a chart to train the instructor's eye.
Unstabilised approach, Embraer E190 VH-UYO, Darwin
A public investigation report read on the chart: 25 minutes of flight, two and a half of which close in on the crew.
The grammar in thirty seconds
A signal available, a response that does not come
An indication is displayed, readable, within view. The response comes forty-five seconds later.
The input, processing, output loop
Information comes in, rises, comes back down as action, and the state it produces becomes an input again. The basic PHASE loop.
These cases are precomputed: no AI runs on this site and no document is uploaded to it. They are constructed, or re-read from public reports, to illustrate the method. To have one of your own events analysed, get in touch.
